Gentlemen,
I want to express my appreciation for the service provided by Mr. Jim Peterson for repairing our floor at the Falls
Church Volunteer Fire Department. Mr. Peterson personally repaired the floor that was damaged by someone, in
several places, and did an excellent job. He was here for several days as the job was bigger than expected. We are
very pleased with his work and again want to express our thanks. Mr. Peterson represents your company in an
excellent manner. We will be sure to call Criterion Flooring Systems for future repair work on our floors.
